What exactly is a Discovery Visit?
It is your family's personal introduction to the academy. You and your child tour the space, meet the team and get hands-on with the tools. We then show you where your child would start and what their pathway could look like, and you decide whether Steamoji is right for you.
My child is a complete beginner. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Every child begins with beginner-friendly tools, so the first wins come quickly and confidence builds from the very first session. From there the projects grow with them, all the way up to industry-level technology.
How often does my child attend?
Once or twice a week, after school. You choose the days and times that suit your family's week.
How much does it cost?
The monthly investment in our learning programs starts at $249 a month. You will find more details in the Steamoji Family Guide.
Our week is already full. How does Steamoji fit in?
That is exactly why scheduling is flexible. One or two sessions a week sit comfortably alongside sports, music and homework. And unlike an activity that simply fills an afternoon, this one builds your child's ability to create.
How will I know what my child is actually learning?
You will see it after every single session. We send you a progress email with a summary of the skills your child practised and a video of them explaining their project in their own words.
How is this different from a coding class or a camp?
A class teaches one skill for a few weeks. Steamoji is a multi-year pathway across every side of STEM: robotics, engineering, coding, 3D design, game design, animation and AI. Children build real projects with their hands and keep progressing year after year.
